Providing service and installation for residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems since its founding in Mayville in 1981. Our current facility is on the corner of Highways 33 and 151 on Beaver Dam’s southeast side.

Responsibilities
Manage schedules for 4-6 HVAC service technician
Organize follow-up calls
Provide customer service for walk-in’s and phone calls
Organizing the on-call schedule / communication with after hours answering service
Other office duties as needed
Additional responsibilities to follow over time including ordering parts / filing warranty claims
Qualifications
Superior organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Detail oriented
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
Ability to think quickly and respond to customer needs
Strong interpersonal relationship skills
Positive attitude
Prior dispatching or schedule coordinating experience required
Experience in HVAC or similar experience preferred
Strong computer skills
